no caffeine after 4pm

Monday I had to stay home

non scrape day
I am going to work in the dark
Go to the bus place to talk to them
Went to bed late and did not move all night.
feet were killing me
Work is going to be slow today.

got home and I feel really bad so I cut it very short today
