today I have EMDR.
I'm just as busy as last week.
Dad has H1N1.
going to go to sisters to go walk.
Got a call from a good friend and it was so nice to hear from her.
Afternoon
just had a meeting and I was not to happy about it.
Hope the next one is better
I get to go to EMDR!
