My goad is to get 3000 steps in a day
I need to move and keep moving
slow and sure I will get up to 10000 steps.

Hi every one
b-friend had to work all weekend
It's Monday so I have to do the monday things
I got my hair cut on Friday
There is a trip to Target

I have a nail and I'm very happy.
I only stay on facebook on the weekends but you can always get my up dates all week long because I use othe things to get my updates through other things. I have a dog and I named him spot.

We just got done with our work today. it was something that went on down stars over night.

I have a crack in my car. I thought I was going to have to pay to get my car fixed again. but I did not have to pay for getting the window fixed

72 F and I'm in winter clothes. So I'm very hot
I found out how to turn on the voice over on and off.
